I was born and raised in New York and graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. I began my professional career in New York City’s Financial Services Industry and spent the majority of my career at several of the top Asset Management firms including Merrill Lynch and BlackRock. After a 35-year successful Sales Career, I was drawn to Real Estate Sales as a natural transition. In early 2024 I was excited to bring my unrelenting drive, passion and sales expertise to the Leibowitz Realty Group and My Sellers and Buyers! While working in New York City, my passion for Golf brought me to the Palm Beaches over a decade ago. I am a Resident of the BallenIsles Community in Palm Beach Gardens and active member of BallenIsles Country Club. As a “Resident Realtor - BallenIsles Specialist”, I have an intimate knowledge of BallenIsles’ 33 communities and various Club Membership categories. That being said, my expertise in luxury country club communities does not stop at BallenIsles! I also have a wealth of knowledge of many of the top luxury communities, golf and country clubs in the Palm Beaches having experienced these high-end venues as a Competitive Golfer. As in my prior career, representing a top firm has always been important to me. I was attracted to joining Leibowitz Realty Group as they are one of the premier luxury home and upscale country club specialists in the Palm Beaches. I am proud to affiliated with a Brand Leader that brings over 30 years of experience, resources and billions of dollars in sales for their clients. Leibowitz Realty has more combined sales in the major high-end country club communities than any other luxury real estate firm in our market. We know the various clubs and amenities better than anyone!Whether you are selling your home or looking to buy the home of your dreams, put the “Personalized Dedication of Patrice Franco" combined with the Power of Leibowitz Realty Group to work for You! When you work with Me, you will get Me personally and my services throughout your real estate journey. I will personally be at every showing of your home and will ensure the finest details are attended to in order for your home to show its’ best! For my Buyers, I will work tirelessly to find your dream home! For all my Northern prospective clients, relationships and friends, let me be your trusted local Florida expert to make your search from afar easier. If you cannot physically be in Florida, I will be your local eyes providing live streaming tours of your interested properties and handling every aspect of your purchase in your absence. As you make one of the most important financial decisions in your life - buying or selling your home, let me be your trusted representative as I have been to my previous clients who have entrusted me with one of their largest life possessions - their wealth. Leverage the skills I’ve acquired over three and a half decades … sales and marketing expertise, negotiating prowess, Concierge 24/7 service, attention to detail and continuous communication throughout the selling/buying process. Finally, on a personal note, my love of Golf has led me to significant volunteer leadership roles with the USGA, PGA Tour, PGA of America, LPGA and LPGA Amateurs at Major Championships including U.S. Opens, PGA Championships, FedEx Cup Playoffs, the President Cup and the upcoming 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. I’ve achieved USGA Expert Level Certification of the Rules of Golf and have served as a Rules Official for the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA) and Long Island Golf Association (LIGA) for over 13 years.
