Assist in locating properties that meet buyer's personal criteria

Coordinate showings with Seller's Agents
Attend showings with my buyers
Virtual showings for buyers who cannot be in town to view a property in person
Provide financing options for mortgage pre-approval commitments
Negotiate all offers and counter offers on the buyer's behalf
Prepare written offer contracts, counter offers, amendments and final executed contract for purchase
Ensure All Deadlines are met throughout the purchase process
Work closely with escrow agents, closing agents and title agents to ensure buyers interests are served
Provide options for home inspection companies
Verify seller's compliance with all inspection repair requirements
Schedule Appraisal with seller or seller's broker and follow up on appraisal until completed
Coordinate closing process with seller, broker, lender and closing agent
Work with seller's broker to schedule and conduct buyer's final walk through prior to closing
Review and verify closing figures on TRID/ALTA Statement with buyer
Attend the closing to ensure your final purchase is seamless!

I was born and raised in New York and graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. I began my professional career in New York City’s Financial Services Industry and spent the majority of my career at several of the top Asset Management firms including Merrill Lynch and BlackRock. After a 35-year successful Sales Career, I was drawn to Real Estate Sales as a natural transition.
